The Hot Tub Holidays – Devon, Award
The ‘Resorts & Retreats Awards’ were borne from LUXlife wishing to promote wellbeing and mental health, globally. Resorts and retreats are becoming increasingly popular these days, and are used as a way of ‘winding down’ and relieving yourself of the stresses and strains of everyday life. Everyone deserves a bit of ‘me time’ now and then, whether alone, as a couple, with friends or family. This has become especially important since the pandemic, where we were all confined to our homes, often surrounded by children and trying to juggle working from home, along with online school lessons in addition to sourcing food from bare shelves in supermarkets and local shops, in ‘less than ideal’ circumstances.
Little Dunley Cottages were nominated for the ‘Hot Tub Holidays – Devon’ award, and this was followed up by intense scrutiny and research into our company, where the panel searched for evidence of our expertise, our excellent customer service and level of client satisfaction. Awards were judged according to merit and overall quality. When we learned that we had won, we were absolutely thrilled to accept this accolade.
Our ‘Hot Tub Holiday’ Cottages
Little Dunley Cottages in Devon are the perfect destination for families, couples and groups. We consist of a picturesque hamlet of Devon holiday cottages. We have a collection of South Devon Cottages with Hot Tubs that are perfect for that indulgent break away. We offer Devon Hot Tub Holidays to those staying at either: Hazel, Willow, Maple, Holly or Acorn Cottages.
Fancy a relaxing break but are unsure about the weather? Well, we have you ‘covered!’ – all of the above tranquil, luxurious cottages now have the benefit of the hot tubs being under cover – allowing you to enjoy a soak in the hot tub, with a glass of your favourite tipple, watching the stars, whatever the weather! This selection of our cottages each contain an outdoor hot tub, and are located in a private and enclosed garden space, making a South Devon staycation memorable, with this relaxing feature. Guests staying in our Devon cottages with hot tubs also have access to our outdoor tennis courts and fishing lakes.
With Little Dunley Cottages being situated right on the edge of Dartmoor, we have additional holiday cottages (without hot tubs) for those who might not wish to indulge in the bubbles. All of our cottages are set in 24 acres of tranquil countryside, just 20 minutes from the nearest beach and a mile from the nearest pub.
Environmental issues are at the forefront of our minds as a business. With this in mind, each of our 5-seater hot tubs are heated via Biomass boiler to reduce energy usage. All of our hot tubs are filled with hot water rather than cold. Therefore, this not only reduces energy consumption but allows usage in just one hour, rather than having to wait 12 hours.
