In Focus: Tiny House
The Tiny House is a charming, adult-only holiday retreat for 2, perfectly suited for a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape in the Devon countryside. As the name suggests, it’s quite small. That being said, you’ll be amazed at how cleverly we’ve managed to make the most of limited space!
Inside, you’ll find a cosy living area with a comfortable sofa and Freeview TV. A stunning cathedral-style window adds character and offers beautiful views. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a microwave/combi oven, ceramic hob, sink, under-counter fridge, and everything else you need to cook and serve a delicious meal.
On sunny days, you can easily move the small dining table and chairs to the outside decking for some top-quality al fresco dining as the sun gently sets over the countryside. Self-catering in Devon doesn’t get any better than this!
Upstairs in the Tiny House, the low-ceiling bedroom includes a king-size bed and a spacious storage ottoman.

As a guest of the Old Coach House, you also have access to 10½ acres of shared, unspoilt grounds to roam.

The Tiny House is ready to welcome one well-behaved dog, while the larger Old Coach House can accommodate up to two pooches.

Little Dunley is the ideal location from which to explore the great Devon outdoors with your pet. As we mentioned, Dartmoor National Park is just around the corner. And if you prefer a day at the beach, there are several dog friendly beaches within easy reach of our dog friendly cottages. Woof!
