This detached holiday cottage is equipped to sleep 4 guests. The ground floor layout makes it easy to get around and gives a cosy atmosphere. Acorn Holiday Cottage is ideal for group getaways, couples breaks and family holidays.

The property offers a lot of space. The living/ dining room area is open plan, giving a spacious area for the family to wind down or play games together. For those cosy nights, turn on the wood-burning stove to warm up by the fire. Through the patio doors, you will find a lawned area with an enclosed patio, table and chairs and your own private barbeque – a lovely place to spend the afternoon and evenings eating lunch or dinner outside. There is a contemporary, well-equipped beech-effect fitted kitchen with all the facilities you need including a microwave, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

The bedrooms are made up of one double room and one twin room. Inside the double bedroom, there is a 5ft bed, wth two single beds in the twin bedroom. Each room comes with bed linen and towels included, with lots of storage space available. Acorn Holiday Cottage comes with two bathrooms. In the first bathroom, there is a bathtub, separate shower cubicle and toilet. The second bathroom is equipped with an additional shower room and toilet.

Outside Acorn Holiday Cottage

Outside, the enclosed garden has a patio area with furniture, to enjoy being sat out relaxing in the sun. Make use of your own private, luxurious hot tub to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the delights of Devon – almost like having your own personal spa. There is a large grassy area where the children can enjoy playing, whilst you are cooking on the barbeque. The garden is fully enclosed with fencing all the way around, for safety and privacy. Also, for your convenience, there is car parking on site for Acorn Holiday Cottage.
