This detached property offers a very spacious design which is perfect for group getaways and active family holidays. This is one of our most unique holiday lodges, as it an upside-down house. It has been beautifully converted to create a stylish and modern property and furnished to a high standard.

On the ground floor are the bedrooms. Vine Lodge comes with 3 bedrooms, one double room, one twin room and one room with bunk beds. All of which have been furnished to ensure the upmost comfortability for every guest during their stay. The property also has two bathrooms: one with an over-bath shower and toilet and one with a shower cubicle and toilet.

*Note: Although this accommodation sleeps 6 people, there is the possibility of Vine Lodge being booked and occupied by 4 (or less) people, at a part occupancy discount.  This is only valid during the ‘off-peak’ season, and is subject to availability.  You will not find this offer on our online booking system.  To enquire about availability for part occupancy in this particular lodge, please contact Little Dunley Cottages directly via our contact form.

Up the stairs leading to the first floor, you will find the very spacious, contemporary open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room with a wood-burning stove. The bespoke pine fitted kitchen has all the essential facilities that you may need including an oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and hob. There is plenty of space to store groceries and equipment you may bring with you. There is a vaulted ceiling with exposed roof trusses. A special feature that the Vine Lodge also has is a quaint area for reading, two comfy armchairs, with a small table in its own private corner.

Outside Vine Lodge

Outside, the enclosed garden has a patio area with furniture to enjoy being sat out relaxing in the sun. There is a large grassy area where the children can enjoy playing along with a private barbeque. The garden is fully enclosed with fencing all the way around, for safety and privacy. Also, for your convenience, there is car parking on site when taking a lodge holiday.

All of our Devon Holiday Cottages and Lodges have Wi-fi available and are non-smoking. No pets permitted. Guests staying at Vine Lodge can enjoy the superb on-site leisure facilities, including our Indoor Heated Swimming Pool with Sauna and Changing Facilities, a Games Room, an All-Year Hard Tennis Court, 24 acres of beautiful, tranquil countryside, and our Fishing Lakes.
