This beautifully designed three-bedroom property offers a luxurious king-size bed upstairs, complemented by two cosy twin bedrooms – one on the upper level and another conveniently located on the ground floor. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of two modern shower rooms, one situated upstairs and one downstairs.

The heart of this self-catering accommodation features a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area that flows into a cosy lounge, perfect for relaxing evenings by the log burner. You can also enjoy the benefits of eco-friendly underfloor heating throughout most of the property, powered by a cutting-edge biomass system.

Dog owners will be delighted to know that this property is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two well-behaved furry companions!

Featuring an expansive enclosed garden, the Old Coach House offers a delightful retreat in Devon, complete with a charming summer house and a large patio area for outdoor entertaining, as well as access to 10½ acres of unspoilt grounds to explore, shared with other properties on-site. Plus, you’ll have hassle-free parking for two cars under a protective canopy.

Situated on the edge of Dartmoor, our charming surroundings boast an abundance of rural beauty. This location is ideal for those who enjoy sightseeing, walking, and immersing themselves in picturesque landscapes. All our properties provide Wi-Fi and are non-smoking.

Please note that the Old Coach House does not have access to certain facilities that may be available at our other cottages. Due to its separate location, guests will not have access to the swimming pool, games room, tennis court, or fishing lakes mentioned for some of our other holiday accommodations.

"We have just spent 4 nights in Oaktree Cottage. A beautiful gesture of a bottle of wine on arrival was so lovely! Such a large open living/dining space, perfect sized bedrooms and exceptionally clean. Modern but with an old twist to enhance the character. Very well presented and well equipped! The swimming pool and games room is soo good! Cannot fault this at all. Have already booked to visit again in October…this time a lodge with a hot tub!"

"Little Dunley Cottages is a real gem... This was our second visit to Hazel Cottage… There is a large screen TV and dishwasher in addition to the cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. Some lovely touches including a bottle of fizz… and a selection of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets to get you started. The garden is private and the hot tub is fantastic… It’s a definite draw for us to return again. There is plenty of space with a chance to wonder around the lake or on the local paths etc. Thanks again for another lovely holiday."
