The living area comes complete with a plush sofa and smart TV, perfect for chilling after a day of exploring the countryside and coasts of South Devon.

Maple has one bedroom, featuring a king size bed and plenty of storage space. All bed linen and towels are included for you to use during your stay. For added convenience, there is a shared external laundry room with a washer/dryer available to use throughout your stay.

Through the patio doors, you will find an enclosed garden space, where you will find the a private hot tub and outdoor seating. This 5-seater hot tub is the ultimate way to enjoy the long summer nights. One great feature is that the hot tub is filled with hot water as opposed to cold water, meaning the energy usage is greatly reduced and the tub is usable after an hour or so , rather than 12 hours.

Maple’s underfloor heating system, is generated by solar panels and a biomass boiler. This means you can enjoy your break, knowing you’re minimising your carbon footprint and impact on the environment.  You will find one washroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail in the property for your convenience.  This holiday accommodation is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen area containing an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.

There is onsite parking for two cars during your stay, located close to the property. Wi-fi is available for guests. Please note: this holiday property is not pet friendly and our buildings are strictly non-smoking.
