This Fig holiday cottage is equipped to sleep two guests. The open plan ground floor layout creates a thoroughly cosy atmosphere, encompassing a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. This property is an ideal romantic retreat for couples or friends wishing to explore South Devon, Exmoor and Dartmoor. Whilst two’s company and three’s a crowd, we are pleased to say that this Cottage is pet friendly, allowing you to bring a well behaved four-legged friend!

This fabulously romantic barn conversion contains all the home comforts that you will need, providing you with the setting for a tranquil getaway to remember. Whether you are planning on spending the day visiting the local area, its national parks, or even the English Riviera, returning home to this cosy retreat will allow you to relax and unwind with ease. Our open plan design is equipped with armchairs and a Freeview television, with a dining table perfect for cosy suppers after a long day of exploring.  For those warm evenings and afternoons, this delightful cottage has a quaint south facing, outside patio terrace, made complete with a table and chairs for your enjoyment.

Fig holiday cottage sleeps 2 persons in its 1-galleried bedroom, which includes an en-suite washroom with toilet, sink and shower cubicle. Bed linen and towels are also included for your convenience during your stay.  There is a contemporary, well-equipped fitted kitchen with all the facilities you need including a microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher.

Outside, not only do you have your patio and terrace, but there are also 10½ acres of unspoilt grounds to explore, shared with just 2 other properties on-site. With our location on the edge of Dartmoor, our charming surroundings hold a great deal of rural beauty. For your convenience, there is private car parking for one car at the cottage.

Due to the wonderful location in Devon, our cottages are perfect for those who enjoy sightseeing, walking, and immersing themselves in charming surroundings. Fig HolidayCottage is located in a courtyard setting, alongside two other converted cottages.

All of our cottages have Wi-fi available and are non-smoking.

Please note that Fig Cottage does not have access to some of the facilities mentioned on this website that you may find other cottages have. Due to their separate location, Fig Cottage, Virginia Cottage, and Wisteria Cottage do not have access to the swimming pool, games room, tennis court, or fishing lakes that you may find mentioned on some of our other holiday accommodation.
