Each of the above holiday cottages welcomes one well-behaved four-legged friend, with the exception of the Old Coach House, which welcomes up to two dogs. Outside, you will have access to 10.5 acres of unspoilt grounds to explore, shared with other properties on site, perfect for long dog walks, playing fetch to your heart’s content, and socialising with other furry friends. Our dedicated, enclosed dog-walking field is situated in a natural meadow, and there are many wonderful dog-walking paths nearby, as well.

Located on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, we offer the ideal setting for dog walking, relaxation, and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. At the same time, we’re close enough to access a variety of dog-friendly beaches and visit charming Devon towns, such as Dawlish, Teignmouth, Totnes, Paignton, and Torquay. There are plenty of historic landmarks to discover, plus hiking and cycling opportunities, along with cosy pubs with coal fires and home-cooked food – all set within the countryside.

"We have just spent 4 nights in Oaktree Cottage. A beautiful gesture of a bottle of wine on arrival was so lovely! Such a large open living/dining space, perfect sized bedrooms and exceptionally clean. Modern but with an old twist to enhance the character. Very well presented and well equipped! The swimming pool and games room is soo good! Cannot fault this at all. Have already booked to visit again in October…this time a lodge with a hot tub!"

"Little Dunley Cottages is a real gem... This was our second visit to Hazel Cottage… There is a large screen TV and dishwasher in addition to the cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. Some lovely touches including a bottle of fizz… and a selection of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets to get you started. The garden is private and the hot tub is fantastic… It’s a definite draw for us to return again. There is plenty of space with a chance to wonder around the lake or on the local paths etc. Thanks again for another lovely holiday."
