A wonderful one-bedroom property, located on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park, a ‘Holly’ hot tub holiday is perfect for a couples holiday or a break with friends. Feauring a private garden area with a hot tub, this newly built holiday acommodation has been designed to exacting standards and is stylishly furnished.

Holly is the perfect base for exploring South Devon and beyond, providing you with easy access to a host of attractions, in addition to a space to unwind in the evenings, with all of the home comforts you need. Set on one level, its open plan living space contains a plush sofa and smart TV for relaxing, and a dining area – the ideal setting for a satisfying meal. This property ticks all the boxes for those wanting to relax in a beautiful and tranquil setting close to both the moors and the coast/beaches.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with plenty of storage space, with bed linen and towels provided for your stay. The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail for your convenience. Guests also have use of a shared external laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Through the patio doors, you will find a private garden space, complete with a hot tub and outdoor seating. The included 5-seater hot tub is a wonderful way to enjoy the long summer nights. Something to note is that the hot tub is filled with hot water as opposed to cold water, meaning the energy usage is greatly reduced and the hot tub is usable after an hour or so instead of 12.

With an emphasis on being eco-friendly and sustainable, Holly’s underfloor heating is generated via solar panels and a biomass boiler. It is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen area containing an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.

There is onsite parking for two cars during your stay, located close to the property. As with our other cottages and lodges, Wi-fi is available for guests and all buildings are strictly non-smoking. Please note: this holiday property is not pet friendly.
