For those looking for a more adventurous option, we also have a Tiny House – a compact and cosy escape that includes a king-sized bed, a firepit area, and an enclosed garden.

All of our properties are carefully finished and stylishly furnished to provide you with the highest level of comfort. Each unit features fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms that are conveniently stocked. We provide towels and bed linen, and both Wi-Fi and on-site parking are available for your use. If your property does not have a washing machine, you can utilise our on-site laundry facilities for washing and drying clothes. What’s more, four of our properties are pet-friendly. At Little Dunley Cottages, we are committed to sustainability and taken significant steps to use environmentally friendly resources. All our properties are powered by solar energy, and we have installed a Biomass Energy System to enhance efficiency with a renewable energy source.

We source water for our holiday cottages from boreholes that tap into naturally occurring underground wells. Our water treatment system collects, treats, and recirculates wastewater, ensuring it is safe for the environment. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Our hot tubs are filled with hot water directly from the biomass system and operate on green energy, making them ready for use. We also encourage recycling by providing bins for waste disposal to help you recycle effectively.

"We have just spent 4 nights in Oaktree Cottage. A beautiful gesture of a bottle of wine on arrival was so lovely! Such a large open living/dining space, perfect sized bedrooms and exceptionally clean. Modern but with an old twist to enhance the character. Very well presented and well equipped! The swimming pool and games room is soo good! Cannot fault this at all. Have already booked to visit again in October…this time a lodge with a hot tub!"

"Little Dunley Cottages is a real gem... This was our second visit to Hazel Cottage… There is a large screen TV and dishwasher in addition to the cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. Some lovely touches including a bottle of fizz… and a selection of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets to get you started. The garden is private and the hot tub is fantastic… It’s a definite draw for us to return again. There is plenty of space with a chance to wonder around the lake or on the local paths etc. Thanks again for another lovely holiday."
