All our lodges and holiday cottages nr Dawlish are appointed and managed using our eco-friendly ethos. At Little Dunley Cottages, we prioritise sustainability by using eco-friendly cleaning products and environmentally friendly resources, such as solar power and our own Biomass Energy System, to improve efficiency, all with renewable energy sources.

We source water from boreholes, which utilise natural underground wells, and treat wastewater with our water treatment system, which collects and recirculates the water, ensuring environmental safety. Operating on green energy, our hot tubs are ready for use and filled with hot water, which comes directly from our biomass system. Recycling bins are provided to effectively encourage recycling for waste disposal.

"We have just spent 4 nights in Oaktree Cottage. A beautiful gesture of a bottle of wine on arrival was so lovely! Such a large open living/dining space, perfect sized bedrooms and exceptionally clean. Modern but with an old twist to enhance the character. Very well presented and well equipped! The swimming pool and games room is soo good! Cannot fault this at all. Have already booked to visit again in October…this time a lodge with a hot tub!"

"Little Dunley Cottages is a real gem... This was our second visit to Hazel Cottage… There is a large screen TV and dishwasher in addition to the cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. Some lovely touches including a bottle of fizz… and a selection of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets to get you started. The garden is private and the hot tub is fantastic… It’s a definite draw for us to return again. There is plenty of space with a chance to wonder around the lake or on the local paths etc. Thanks again for another lovely holiday."
