All our properties have been finished to a high standard and are stylishly furnished. They feature well-equipped kitchens and bathrooms and are fully stocked for your convenience. Bed linen and towels are included, and Wi-Fi and on-site parking are also available (please check individual pages for details on what is included with each property). If your property does not have a washing machine, you can use the clothes washing and drying facilities onsite. Four of our properties are pet-friendly. Please note that we have a strict non-smoking policy in all our buildings.

Our lodges and holiday cottages nr Torquay proudly uphold our eco-friendly ethos. At Little Dunley Cottages, we are committed to sustainability and have taken steps to provide as many environmentally friendly resources as possible. All our properties are powered by solar energy, and we have installed a Biomass Energy System, ensuring a renewable and efficient energy source.

We source water for our holiday cottages through boreholes that extract naturally occurring water from underground wells. Our wastewater treatment system collects, treats, and redistributes wastewater, making it safe for the environment. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Our hot tubs are filled directly with hot water from the biomass system, which enables them to be ready to use while operating on green energy. We promote recycling by providing recycling bins for guests to dispose of their waste.

"We have just spent 4 nights in Oaktree Cottage. A beautiful gesture of a bottle of wine on arrival was so lovely! Such a large open living/dining space, perfect sized bedrooms and exceptionally clean. Modern but with an old twist to enhance the character. Very well presented and well equipped! The swimming pool and games room is soo good! Cannot fault this at all. Have already booked to visit again in October…this time a lodge with a hot tub!"

"Little Dunley Cottages is a real gem... This was our second visit to Hazel Cottage… There is a large screen TV and dishwasher in addition to the cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. Some lovely touches including a bottle of fizz… and a selection of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets to get you started. The garden is private and the hot tub is fantastic… It’s a definite draw for us to return again. There is plenty of space with a chance to wonder around the lake or on the local paths etc. Thanks again for another lovely holiday."
